Food For Thought 223 – Warong Leko @ The Curve

Warong Leko is my favourite Indonesian restaurant hands down. That is because they serve some really spicy beef ribs (a.k.a Iga Penyet) in town if you ask for the extra extra spicy version, and I absolutely love it! The price might be a lil steep for 2-3 pieces of short ribs (RM17.80 excluding rice) but the sambal that came along with it makes it totally worth it for chili addict like myself. Also they serves Teh Botol if you crave for that sweet Indonesian drink. For non spicy food lover you can still go for the hot plate version (RM21.20) which is not spicy or the Fried Talapia (a.k.a. Talapia Goreng) for RM22.50 which is very nicely done as well. Portions are on the small side so one might complain about the price for the portions serve, but for me, the spicy sambal is good enough for me to come back for more~!
