In Chinese there was a myth about Solar Eclipse, they used to believe that the sun was eaten by the sky-dog (天狗食日). Of course that was long long time ago when mankind hasn’t even set foot on the moon yet. So today in Tianjin I witnessed the partial solar eclipse, though it wasn’t the full solar eclipse, still it was a great feeling for being able to witness such a wonder of nature.
