Goodbye Malaysia 2009

In less than 48 hours, I’ll be bidding farewell to this country that I’ve been living in for the past 26 years and about to embark on a new journey in a total new country – CHINA as I took on the challenge to join my company’s new office in Tianjin (天津)for the next 12 months at least. It’s been almost 5 years that I first started working with this company as my first and only job ever since I graduated. This journey of climbing up the corporate ladder was indeed eye opening and I was put on a fast lane to maturity & eventually I ‘grew teeth’ (perhaps I might bite one day with my new grown ‘teeth’) ;-D
I am grateful for all the opportunities given along the way and ultimately I know what I wanted & I’m not ashamed to pursue it. Going regional is the dream of mine as I always feel that Malaysia just a tiny part of the world & the world outside is so much bigger. China will be a new chapter of my life and I can’t wait to see my life unfold this new chapter soon. *FINGERS CROSSING*
Still, I’m gonna miss Malaysia… especially my family & friends, plus the nasi lemak, hokkien mee, nasi briyani, roti canai, satay, curry mutton, tom yam soup, bak ku teh, ais kacang, banana leaf rice, teh tarik, claypot butter crabs and many more……… of course above all I’m gonna miss the CILI PADI~! China better make way for this new HOT babe in town~!
