Food for Thought 116 – Caesar Salad

Caesar Salad is always my favourite. According to Wikipedia ,a typical Caesar salad comprises romaine lettuce and croutons dressed with Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, egg, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper originally prepared tableside. Caesar Cardini (Italian-born Mexican) is credited with creating the salad.
For me, I love to mix my Caesar salad with lots of Parmesan cheese and Pretzel Pieces, like the one I did over the weekend. I love to buy the pre-packed salad from Cold Storage for RM8.99 and add my own ingredients. The pre-packed salad comes with the salad dressing and croutons (rebaked bread), so all you need is some Parmesan cheese and bacon to add to taste.
